CDC December 2017 - DBZ - THE COLLECTOR

So, this month's Cd challenge was Dragon Ball Z. I made a new character for my entry. He goes by the name of "The Collector". A lone wanderer in search for the dragon balls. No one knows how much power he contains and maybe no one ever will. He hardly reveals anything about himself. Also he's a Jolly character.
